Head of Demand Generation

Leapfin is looking for an experienced Head of Demand Generation to join our growing team! Reporting into our CEO, you will play a key role in building and owning all aspects of our demand generation and growth programs while working hand in hand with our Sales team. As our first marketing leadership hire, you’ll also be responsible for developing our marketing strategy, building process, and managing a budget.

Responsibilities:
* Build a successful demand gen engine to drive a predictable, scalable, and repeatable pipeline of MQLs.
* Manage all acquisition channels including ABM, offline events, direct marketing, paid advertising, PR, and nurture.
* Consistently evaluate and A/B test new channels.
* Forecast, measure, and analyze all demand activities.
* Partner with Sales and Product to design, optimize, and learn from programs fueling demand.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of marketing/demand gen experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS
* Proven track record of consistently hitting your goals

Enterprise Account Executive

Leapfin is looking to hire our first Enterprise Account Executive. You are currently an AE at a company selling a similar priced SaaS solution ($100K+) with a history of consistently beating your quota. You aspire to be on the ground floor of a company that has recently achieved product/market fit and are excited to have the entire world as your territory. You are eager to leverage your experience to help Leapfin penetrate all global enterprises and brands.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales-cycle from discovery call to contract execution over 3-6 months with deals averaging $100K+
* Work closely with team members to hit and exceed aggressive revenue targets
* Understand a prospect's needs and effectively communicate how Leapfin will meet those needs
* Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers
* Be an integral of the next great enterprise SaaS startup with unlimited opportunities for advancement

* 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to finance teams

Senior Sales Development Representative

Leapfin is looking to hire our first outbound Sales Development Representative. Ideally, you are currently a top performing SDR/BDR at a company selling a SaaS product in the $100K price range. However, background is not as important if you are a hustler in every sense of the word.

You want to grow swiftly in your career to either be our best Account Executive (flying around the world to close big deals), or Sales Development leader in a high-performing solution sales organization.

You aspire to be on the ground floor of a company that has just found product/market fit. You want to build the initial sales systems, sales processes, and find the biggest deals in company history. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO to tighten the sales systems/strategy, build the sales process, and help grow the sales organization.

If you prove yourself in this SDR role, you will have the opportunity to define your career trajectory as we grow the sales team. You produce, you grow, we all win.

Responsibilities: 
* Drive pipeline growth by identifying new target accounts/contacts, soliciting and booking meetings for our Account Executives, and ultimately generating qualified opportunities
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly qualified meeting and opportunity targets
* Partner with the Account Executive to establish a go-to-market strategy, identify top target accounts, and execute in conjunction to drive pipeline and revenue growth
* Establish baseline domain knowledge and use your knowledge of our customer base and product to accurately qualify opportunities
* Work collaboratively with executive team to refine our messaging and value proposition

Must Haves:
* Desire, drive and will to be successful and create a long-term career in enterprise SaaS sales with the end goal of either being the best Enterprise AE and make more than the CEO (individual contributor route) or being a VP of Sales (leadership route)
* Emotional intelligence - you are comfortable in any social setting and people like working with you
* Commitment - this won't be a 9 to 5, nor do you want it to be as you know great companies require amazing talent and dedication to grow
* Go-getter attitude with no time to make excuses

Nice To Haves: 
* A demonstrable track record in an inside sales environment with understanding and proof of pipeline generation
* 6+ months of Sales experience, preferably selling SaaS to finance teams

Senior Software Engineer

We are building a unified financial data platform for high growth businesses. To our customers it’s magic, but to us it’s a feat of engineering.

From importing massive volumes of data, to modeling, to crunching the numbers and displaying them. We employ the best solutions available and iterate rapidly. Today, we are powered by Scala (using Play Framework, Akka Streams), Javascript (React), PostgreSQL, Kinesis, and Docker. Tomorrow... who knows? We will need your help to decide the best tools to use as we continue to rapidly grow and scale.

We know that most lists of requirements are arbitrary and pointless, but here’s a few that we felt were actually important:

Product Manager

Leapfin is looking to hire our first Product Manager to join our growing team! Reporting into our Founder/President, you will play a key role in shaping our product vision and turn it into a reality. As our first product hire, you will work closely with both founders, and you’ll also be responsible for developing our product strategy, building process, and own the entire product roadmap.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the full product lifecycle from start to finish
* Conduct customer interviews, write specs, work with design and engineering on implementation, and follow up after launch
* Determine what projects we should work on, why they are important, how they should work, and how they should be prioritized
* Deliver results. You’ll be responsible for figuring out how to accomplish a goal that’s important to the business in a way that’s delightful for our customers

Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of PM experience, ideally at a fast growing startup
* Willing to work in every part of the PM craft all the way from setting a strategy to crafting detailed requirements and experience for individual features
* Proven track record of product launches for complex products
* Structured problem solver and expert at prioritization
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly motivated, self-directed, team player
