Job Description:
As the Technical Lead for SaaS Platform engineering, you will be joining the team that is building a Financial Data SaaS Platform that unifies financial data for the Fintech industry.
You would collaborate with different teams in research & development groups taking abstract concepts to elegant technical solutions in production with leadership and hands-on contribution through design, development, testing and deployment. You would work across teams and organizations to ensure that the architecture and design are of high quality, stable, scalable and reliable. You would drive the technical design and the best engineering practices through design reviews, architecture reviews, hackathon activities and customer interactions.

Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer to work with our existing core engineering team to build out the web infrastructure, back-end and front-end layers of Leapfin’s multi-tenant SaaS product. An ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and enabling independence in others but knows when and how to bring the team together to solve big problems and address complicated questions.

Are you a top performing SDR/BDR at a company selling a SaaS product in the $100k range? If so, Leapfin is looking to hire a Business Development Representative and you may be a good fit. At Leapfin you will be on the cutting edge of innovation dealing in providing a SaaS product that acts fully automated revenue sub-ledger. However, a background in these things is not as important if you are a hustler in every sense of the word.
If you want to grow swiftly in your career to either be our best Account Executive (flying around the world to close big deals), or Business Development leader in a high-performing solution sales organization then Leapfin may be the right place for you.
An ideal candidate should aspire to be on the ground floor of a company that has just found product/market fit, wanting to build the initial sales systems, sales processes, and find the biggest deals in company history. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO to tighten the sales systems/strategy, build the sales process, and help grow the sales organization.
